Job summary

WeatherTech is seeking a 2nd Shift Exception Line Specialist in Bolingbrook, IL to ensure packages are properly labeled and directed. The role includes audits to verify quality and routine line issue resolution for shipping labels, information gaps, and system problems.

You will also train new team members and coordinate with dock personnel. The starting rate is $21.50 per hour, with potential for higher based on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be available to work Saturdays and overtime.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve line issues including shipping labels and incomplete information.
• Audit packed containers for quality and proper labeling.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
• Communicate with Logistics, Dispatch and UPS about swaps.
• Train new department members and supervise dock personnel.
• Assist freight staging area and other departments as needed.
