Enviro-Clean invites you to join our team as an EVS Manager, leading our custodial team on the 2nd shift in Michigan. You will schedule visits, respond to inquiries, and drive safety, quality, and budget goals while maintaining a positive, engaging workplace.

You’ll collaborate with recruiting for hiring, oversee the quality program and regulatory compliance, and use task management software to keep operations on track.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of management experience with effective leadership skills.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities are required.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-service orientation.
