Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or Social Science.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field and one year experience in a related field.
- Master's Degree or higher can substitute for required experience.
Responsibilities
- Performs case management in investigations to ensure safety, permanency and well‑being.
- Responds to intakes with safety assessments using FAST.
- Authentically engages families and partners with empathy and respect.
- Locates and engages absent parents and relatives to support the family team.
- Recommends interventions and documents on the Family Permanency Plan.
- Maintains case records per DSS policy and GPS Practice Model.
