Waste Management in Germantown, WI is seeking a Small Equipment Operator for a full-time, on-site position on the 2:00pm–11:30pm shift. Pay is $21.00 per hour with a $250 yearly boot allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

This role involves operating balers and other equipment, material handling, and ensuring safety and efficiency in the facility. The candidate will perform routine maintenance, monitor equipment, and assist with loading/unloading materials while adhering to safety

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of previous work experience.
• 1 year of previous work experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Operates equipment such as baler, front-end loader, bobcat, candensifier or forklift.
• Sorts and grades material; records materials and maintains inventory.
• Inspects and maintains equipment; ensures safety and cleanliness of work areas.
• Loads/unloads materials and coordinates flow of materials to designated areas.
