Gehl-Food- in Germantown, WI is hiring a Warehouse Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:00PM-10:00PM). You will operate a forklift and support inventory management, inbound and outbound shipments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with emphasis on safety, quality, and accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and multitasking. Training and growth opportunities are available within a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Forklift operating experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Windows, Word, Excel, inventory systems).

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and wrap finished goods to customer specifications.
• Process customer orders and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Unload, inspect, and validate incoming ingredients, packaging, and materials.
• Store and retrieve materials from warehouse locations to support production.
• Load and unload finished goods for shipment to customers and other facilities.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation and support overall inventory accuracy.
• Process paperwork for all material and product movements.
• Ensure materials meet quality and documentation standards.
• Operate handheld scanners, ERP systems, and warehouse technology.
• Store and pick pallets within AS/RS systems.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, FSQ, R&D) and external partners.
• Ensure on-time shipments to meet customer and business needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
