Atrium Health Lake Norman is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Technician to promote a clean and safe hospital environment. This role performs cleaning of assigned areas, restocks supplies, and reports maintenance needs; indoor work with potential outdoor tasks and exposure to cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred: One year experience.
• Can prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
• Can operate equipment.
• Can establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete cleaning of assigned areas including dusting, sanitizing, and stocking supplies.
• Washes windows, walls, ceilings, vents and light fixtures; cleans floors and carpets.
• Re-stocks restrooms and replaces light bulbs; reports repairs.
• Keeps equipment clean and reports issues to maintenance staff.
• Maintains safe working environment and adheres to infection control guidelines.
