Job summary

Exegistics Staffing in Memphis is seeking an Engineering Technician I for 2nd shift to support our client in Southeast Memphis. You will assist engineers with tests, procedures, and equipment setup to understand customer products and manufacturing processes.

You will analyze products, run pilot tests, install equipment, validate packaging, and help implement ECOs/ECNs while maintaining documentation and test records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related technical field, or equivalent technician experience.
• Military technical training considered equivalent.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing customer products and designing test methods.
• Develop procedures, work instructions, and supporting documentation for Engineering and Production.
• Install equipment, validate tests, and support new product launches.
