Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a Second Shift Engineering Technician IV (30084) to support Airborne assigned systems in person at Crane, Indiana. The role covers MRU activities, including testing, repair, calibration, and data analysis, with emphasis on life-cycle support.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 6 years of related experience (or an Associate's degree with 4 years), and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six years of experience in the listed duties or an Associate's degree with four years in the field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Demonstrates understanding of engineering documentation (drawings, schematics, BOMs, test procedures) and can contribute process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and evaluation of EW systems, subsystems, equipment and components.
• Routine repair, retrofit, systems integration, calibration and testing.
• In-line repair and testing; operation of test equipment.
• Coordinate test schedules and prepare inputs for test plans.
• Review test plans and procedures; conduct or monitor system testing.
• Adjust units under test and analyze test results; prepare formal reports.
