Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program
• 10+ years of engineering experience
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong presentation skills
• Emotional intelligence and professional presence to work with executives

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 2nd Shift Engineering team across manufacturing, assembly, quality and operations
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for evaluation and disposition of nonconforming conditions and production issues while ensuring compliance
• Establish priorities and allocate engineering resources to support production schedules and milestones
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Design Engineering, Stress Engineering, Materials & Processes, Supply Chain and Program leadership to develop producible solutions
• Drive timely engineering response to minimize production disruption and defects
