Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service, call center, or dispatcher experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and 2nd shift (3:45pm - 12:15am).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to type at least 35 wpm with 95% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to testing and emergency calls.
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers and vendors.
• Document updates on emergency situations with accurate details.
• Notify the customer call list of emergent and non-emergent situations.
• Dispatch the Elevator Company or authorities when necessary.
• Manage multiple software programs for call handling and team communication.
• Provide world class customer service.
• Follow and abide by core values.
