Job summary

Kings III is seeking an Emergency Dispatcher for 1st shift to handle inbound emergency calls from our push button phones, monitor devices, and coordinate dispatch with the Elevator Company or authorities as needed. No dispatcher experience required; extensive on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, call center, or dispatcher experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and 1st shift (7:45am - 4:15pm).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Typing at least 35 wpm with 95% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to testing and emergency calls.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and vendors.
• Document updates on emergency situations with accurate details.
• Notify call lists of emergent and non-emergent situations.
• Dispatch Elevator Company or authorities when needed.
• Manage multiple software programs for call handling and team communication.
• Provide world-class customer service.
