Job summary

Kings III Emergency Communication is seeking an Emergency Dispatcher for the 2nd shift to respond to testing and emergency calls. You will handle high volumes of inbound calls from customers and vendors, document updates, and dispatch the appropriate authorities when needed.

No dispatcher experience required; extensive on-the-job training is provided. The role emphasizes accurate information, strong communication, and a commitment to core values in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-year customer service, call center, or dispatcher experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and 2nd shift (3:45pm - 12:15am).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening and question-asking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with 95%+ accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to testing and emergency calls.
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers and vendors.
• Document updates on emergency situations with accurate details.
• Notify customer list of emergent and non-emergent situations.
• Dispatch Elevator Company or authorities when necessary.
• Manage multiple software programs for call handling and team communication.
• Communicate updates clearly and concisely.
• Provide world class customer service.
