Kings III Emergency Communications in Coppell, TX is hiring an Emergency Dispatcher for 1st shift to handle inbound calls from emergency phones, including elevators and pool areas. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year customer service or dispatcher experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Able to work weekends and 1st shift.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to testing and emergency calls.
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers and vendors.
• Address inquiries, provide accurate customer details, and document updates on emergency situations.
• Notify the customer call list of emergent and non-emergent situations.
• Dispatch the Elevator Company or the appropriate authorities when necessary.
• Manage multiple software programs for call handling and team communication.
• Communicate updates clearly and concisely.
• Provide world class customer service.
• Follow and abide by our core values.
