Qualifications

• Must operate multi-head embroidery machines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate Barudan 15-head embroidery machine, load and thread, troubleshoot issues.
• Hoop 200–450 hats per shift depending on experience.
• Maintain machine and perform basic maintenance.
• Ensure high-quality embroidery with accurate logo placement.
• Adhere to safety standards and report concerns.
