Reporting to the Embroidery Supervisor, you will read work orders, load and program the machine, perform basic maintenance, hoop 200–450 hats per shift, and ensure precise logo placement and color matching.

Responsibilities

• Hoop 200-450 hats per shift, depending on experience and work type.
• Ensure accurate logo placement, applique positioning, and consistent embroidery quality.
• Adhere to safety standards and report safety concerns to management.
• Communicate questions or concerns to floor lead or supervisor.
• Participate in special projects as needed and maintain positive working relationships.
