Job summary

The Tyndale Company, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team in Bucks County, PA. You will operate embroidery equipment, set up garments, and ensure logos are applied accurately while meeting quality standards.

No prior embroidery experience is required, and the role offers hands-on learning opportunities for developing specialized production skills. Second shift hours are 2:30pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Embroidery experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn new software and production systems.
• Ability to meet production standards while maintaining quality.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily workflow to support on-time embroidery production.
• Identify correct logo, colors, and placement from work orders.
• Prepare garments and secure embroidery hoops.
• Enter designs into embroidery equipment using software.
• Monitor machines and inspect finished embroidery for quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and manage supplies.
• Collaborate with team to keep production moving.
