Job summary

L2 Brands in Hanover, PA is seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 4:30 p.m.–3:00 a.m.). You will operate a Barudan 15-head embroidery machine to apply logos on headwear while meeting daily production metrics.

Report to the Embroidery Supervisor; duties include reading work orders, loading and programming the machine, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring high-quality embroidery with precise logo placement.

Qualifications

• Experience reading work orders and programming embroidery machines.
• Ability to troubleshoot embroidery issues and perform basic machine maintenance.
• Strong attention to logo placement and color accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Embroider front, side, and rear locations on headwear with precise placement.
• Operate Barudan 15-head embroidery machine, read work orders, program, load, and monitor the machine.
• Hoop 200–450 hats per shift, depending on experience and work type.
• Demonstrate knowledge of thread types, colors, and embellishment techniques.
• Ensure high-quality work with accurate logo placement and consistent embroidery.
