Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an onsite Electronics Testing Technician in Phoenix, AZ. You will test electronic units, set up test stands, configure equipment for special tests, and record results. The role requires reading schematics and using multimeters/oscilloscopes, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

2nd shift: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm, training 6:00 am – 2:30 pm for ~60 days. This position is safety sensitive under FAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with related technical education and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, or technical drawings.
• Experience using multimeters or oscilloscopes.

Responsibilities

• Test electronic units using prescribed procedures.
• Set up and operate test stands and equipment.
• Configure test gear for special tests as needed.
• Record and interpret test results accurately.
• Troubleshoot and isolate failures in test equipment.
• Read engineering prints, manuals and schematics.
