Collins Aerospace in Wilson, NC seeks an Avionics Technician II to join our 2nd shift team. You will test electronic components, analyze assemblies, and document results while utilizing DMMs, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to safety and quality procedures. The position supports production schedules, teaches others, and maintains equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED with 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
• AS in Electronics Technology or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to read schematics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test electronic components following blueprints and procedures to meet specs.
• Analyze assemblies at component level and document results.
• Maintain test equipment and use tools safely and effectively.
• Support production schedules and participate in continuous improvement (ACE).
• Follow safety, quality, and hazardous waste procedures.
• Train others and interface with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean work environment and assist with audits.
