Job summary

Mercury Systems is looking for a top performer to help complete a variety of tasks relating to production operations on electronics and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. Qualifications

• Typically requires one year of experience or less.
• Meticulous hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work under a microscope.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Interest in learning about electronic assembly instructions and schematic drawings.
• Knowledge of or interest in learning how to use power tools and assembly palettes.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.
• Install, assemble, and inspect electronic per documented work instructions
• Interpreting Job Routers, written instructions, and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics.
• Performing a variety of inspections with a focus on ensuring assemblies meet/exceed IPC standards.
• Performing pass-downs with outgoing/incoming shifts.
• Using hand and/or power tools and assembly palettes.
• Apply material according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
• Tasks span all mechanical assembly activities (wash, bake, underfill, masking, curing, demasking, cleaning/touch up, enhanced mechanical, and include applying underfill and masking material per specifications)
• Other duties as assigned.
