Job summary

Spectra-Tech Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Material Handler 2 to support the Batavia, Ohio facility on 2nd shift. You will count, identify, move, and store electronic components used to manufacture PCB assemblies, and perform inventory cycle counts with reels, scales, and scanners.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, accurate data entry, and steady adherence to FIFO and ESD controls. Training is provided; a high school diploma is preferred, and prior electronics or warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to identify and distinguish similar part numbers and electronic components.
• Basic computer, math, and data-entry skills.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inventory cycle counts.
• Verify component quantities using reel counters, scales, and scanners.
• Identify and count electronic components stored in reels, trays, and bags.
• Compare physical quantities to inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Move materials to the correct stockroom, production, or storage location.
• Maintain labeling and traceability of electronic components.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, issuing, and returning materials.
