Epson America, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is hiring an Associate Repair Technician for the Depot on the 2nd shift. You will perform repairs under supervision, inspect hardware, follow procedures, upgrade firmware, and document results using reporting systems.

Formación

• Basic understanding of electronics or mechanical systems.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures accurately.
• Detail oriented with focus on quality.
• Comfortable using computers and basic software applications.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performing repairs on units under supervision following work instructions.
• Inspecting unit housing to assess repairability.
• Reading and following technical service procedures.
• Interpreting test prints or images accurately.
• Performing firmware upgrades and final testing.
• Using diagnostic programs and entering data in reporting systems.
• Maintaining efficiency, yield, and quality standards.
• Maintaining electronic and paper records.
• Supporting depot operations with other duties as assigned.
