Job summary

Epson America, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 2nd Shift at our Indianapolis-area distribution center. You will safely operate reach trucks and other powered equipment, load/unload trailers, and pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a large, modern facility.

Applicants should have familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanners, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate in English. Training provided; no prior forklift experience required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in distribution or manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanners preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• No forklift experience is required. We will train you!

Responsibilities

• Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers, and other powered industrial equipment
• Loading and unloading trailers and containers
• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
• Performing putaway of inbound shipments
• Ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures
• Participating in cycle counts and maintaining a clean work area
