Job summary

The DAVIS Companies is seeking an entry-level 2nd shift Assembler in Andover, MA to assemble and test units in a cleanroom environment, with a pay rate of $19.80 per hour plus a $600 retention bonus after 1040 hours. Overtime is available.

You will perform electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly, follow wiring and soldering methods, and work from blueprints to meet tolerances. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of related assembly work experience.
• Must pass background check.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• English literacy (read, speak, write).

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations.
• Follow wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing methods.
• Set up and adjust work while maintaining blueprint tolerances.
• Test equipment and products as required.
