Job summary

The DAVIS Companies is seeking a Test Technician for the 2nd shift in Andover, MA. The role requires setting up and testing electronic circuits and assemblies, following blueprints and diagrams, and performing rework as needed.

Shifts run Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM with a $22 per hour pay rate and a 10% shift differential. Associate degree or equivalent training is required, with 0–1 year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent vocational training required.
• 0-1 year of related experience required.
• Experience in testing digital and/or analog systems may be required.
• Ability to read drawings and utilize measurement instruments effectively.
• Strong manual dexterity and coordination skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and conduct initial testing of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Follow test specifications, methods, and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
• Test assemblies and/or final systems as required.
• Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems based on testing results.
• Assist in the setup of specialized test equipment.
