Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Pomona, CA is seeking an Electromechanical Switchboard Assembler for the 2nd shift (4:00pm–12:30am) with a 3‑month training period on 1st shift. You will review the production schedule and use blueprints, BOMs, and one‑line diagrams to assemble switchboards and lighting panels.

This is hands‑on work requiring standing 10–12 hours, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and keeping tools and the work area organized to maintain safety and quality.

Starting pay is $19.98 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Proficient with basic computer and scanning devices.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to train on 1st shift initially.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and modify electromechanical equipment using blueprints and mechanical tools.
• Read blueprints, bills of materials, and one-line diagrams to complete assemblies.
• Process work orders via computer systems and scanners.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow established processes.
