Job summary

Knoll Inc. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for the 2nd shift in East Greenville, PA. The role supports maintenance and repair of plant equipment, conveyors, PLCs, and servo drives to ensure smooth production operations.

The candidate will read mechanical/electrical drawings, perform preventative maintenance, and follow GMPs and EHS rules. Welding, forklift, and MS Office proficiency are preferred, with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with technical certification in a related field.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of mechanical, electrical, and PLC experience.
• Experience with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Attends service calls and performs repairs to plant equipment.
• Repairs and maintains hydraulic/pneumatic systems, conveyors, motors, sensors, and PLCs.
• Follows safety procedures and GMPs; maintains clean work area.
