Motor Technology, Inc. is seeking a Full-time 2nd Shift Electric Motor Technician Supervisor to lead a team of technicians from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime and on-call weekends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electromechanical equipment repair experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Provide your own tools/toolbox.
• Ability to work a weekend on-call schedule every five weeks.
• Solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the motor technicians, ensure safety protocols, and uphold quality standards.
• Evaluate work orders, diagnose and repair AC and DC electromechanical equipment.
• Disassemble and inspect equipment, replace worn parts, reassemble, and conduct final tests.
