We're seeking detail-oriented candidates who can read wiring diagrams, stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical or mechanical assembly preferred.
• Fiber optic cable experience is a plus, willing to train.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and wiring diagrams.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fiber optic cable components and electrical assemblies according to work instructions and blueprints.
• Perform precision assembly using hand tools and small power tools.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Route, connect, and secure fiber optic cables and electrical components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company quality and safety procedures.
