Advance Services Inc. in Naperville, IL, is hiring for a 2nd shift assembly role. This hands-on position involves assembling, inspecting, and testing fiber optic components on a production floor, following step-by-step instructions.

You'll contribute to quality products shipped to major tech brands and learn on a growing team. The job is temporary with potential to hire after 45 days. Shift is 3:30 PM–1:00 AM with one mandatory Saturday per month.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment (a plus, but not required).
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and work well with others.
• Good hand-eye coordination and careful attention to detail.
• Able to read and follow written work instructions and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test fiber optic components following step-by-step instructions and parts lists.
• Inspect finished products for quality and flag any defects before they ship.
• Keep accurate records of quality checks and production activity.
• Track work orders and schedules in our production system.
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized.
