You will communicate ETAs, use McLeod to assign work nationwide, guide drivers to stay compliant with regulations, and ensure safety, productivity and on-time deliveries. This is a Monday–Friday onsite role with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field or 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or fleet management
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Favorable)
• Proficient experience with truck dispatch software
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be detail oriented and have great interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Communicate ETAs with load planners
• Assign work to drivers using McLeod
• Direct daily activities of drivers to territories or dedicated operations
• Guide drivers on compliance with local, state and federal statutes regulating the trucking industry
• Ensure that drivers are safe, productive, and deliver on-time
• Counsel drivers and assist with over the road issues
• Assist drivers with keeping important documents up to date such as driver’s license renewal, random drug tests and physicals
