Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience operating packaging machinery in food manufacturing (tortilla/bakery preferred).
• Experience with automated packaging systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust packaging equipment on tortilla production lines.
• Inspect packaged product for defects and ensure labeling accuracy; adhere to GMPs and HACCP.
• Conduct routine machine checks and minor adjustments to maintain continuous operations.
• Follow all safety policies and wear PPE; participate in daily safety briefings.
