• Submit a written end-of-shift report detailing maintenance requests, resident concerns, and security issues.
• Follow building policy on handling keys, packages, and messages; do not disclose resident information.
• Maintain safe parking and prevent unauthorized activity at the entrance.
• Remain professional and punctual; be ready to punch in on time and not leave the station during your shift.
