• Submit end-of-shift written reports detailing maintenance requests, resident complaints, and security issues.
• Do not disclose resident or employee information; keys and keycards must be signed for.
• Keys must be carried at all times; do not leave them unattended.
• Be punctual and ready to start shift; do not leave post without relief.
• Phone use is restricted to emergencies only.
• Present a professional and business-like demeanor on the premises.
