Job summary

Carter LOGISTEED Express, Inc. | Carter LOGISTEED Logistics, LLC. in Laredo, TX seeks a Document Control Specialist to manage driver paperwork, auditing, and data entry at the terminal. You will coordinate with dispatch and accounting to ensure accurate processing of documents.

Responsibilities include maintaining Excel records, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring compliance with DOT policies. This role reports to the Shift Manager and is a 2nd shift position (5PM–2AM).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Must have close attention to detail.
• Must be able to work as a team and collaborate.
• Knowledge of standard warehouse and DOT policy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork, emails, and communicate between dock personnel and other facilities.
• Handle all department related phone calls.
• Work and collaborate with Dispatch by filing and processing paperwork.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
• Communicate well with internal and external drivers and companies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
