Job summary

Carter LOGISTEED Express, Inc. | Carter LOGISTEED Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Forklift Operator for our cross-dock facility in Laredo, TX. You will operate sit-down forklifts, unload inbound freight, scan items, and help load outbound trailers while keeping a safe, organized work area.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday with potential overtime and weekend work. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; we value reliability, teamwork, and strict PPE/safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience or aptitude.
• Commitment to safety and 5S standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit down forklift.
• Unload inbound freight.
• Scan freight into the system.
• Notify Supervisor of any overage, shortage, or damage to freight.
• Load outbound trailers.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work Monday - Friday; weekend requirements may apply with advanced notice.
