Job summary

McCormick & Company is hiring a Distribution Technician - 2nd Shift at our Regional Distribution Center in Byhalia, MS. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, while safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math, reading, and speaking skills.
• Experience using material handling equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Basic MS Windows experience is preferred.
• Forklift license or certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, transporter, etc.).
• Input and process paperwork and system transactions per SOPs.
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, and with special projects as needed.
• Support with sanitation and battery changes; adhere to LMS performance metrics.
