Job summary

Lennox is seeking a 2nd Shift Shipping Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to oversee receiving, packing, and shipping operations. You will lead a team, ensure accuracy of documentation, and maintain safety and policy compliance while resolving shipping issues.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 5+ years of related experience, with forklift certification a possible requirement. This exempt, salaried role offers growth within Lennox’s logistics operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years related shipping/receiving experience.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Thorough knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures, accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storing, packing and shipping of merchandise or materials.
• Maintain files and documentation; support verification, packing, unpacking and loading of shipments.
• Ensure employee safety and compliance with all policies.
• Resolve problems such as damaged goods or shipping errors.
• Select, train and develop teams.
• Perform managerial responsibilities at least 50% of the time.
