Job summary

Knight-Swift Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Forney, TX. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure safe, efficient processing of receiving, picking, packing and shipping.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse/3PL supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with WMS and barcode scanning technology. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; willing to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse or 3PL management experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with WMS, barcode scanners, and related technology.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach and motivate warehouse associates to achieve operational goals and align with company objectives.
• Drive a high-performance culture by setting expectations and providing constructive feedback.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory and company standards are met.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to optimize productivity and accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and prevent discrepancies.
• Track KPIs (order accuracy, shipping times, productivity) and address gaps.
• Create and manage employee schedules to cover peak and off-peak periods.
• Ensure outbound orders meet quality standards and resolve issues.
• Utilize WMS and other systems to track orders, inventory and shipments.
