Job summary

Swipejobs in the DFW area is seeking a Distribution Associate for 2nd shift (12pm–8:30pm, M–F). This onsite role focuses on shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties, with the potential for peak-season hours.

Reporting to the warehouse team, you will verify goods, pack items for shipment, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with inspection and stock areas. A high school diploma and forklift certification are required, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience.
• Forklift experience/certification.
• Ability to work OT.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products
• Receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition.
• Gathers, verifies, and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used.
• Records, receives and ships items according to established procedures.
• Routes materials, supplies and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Completes written and computerized documentation
