Job summary

Oregon Tool, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate for its North American Distribution Center. The role supports shipping functions, ensuring safe, accurate, and productive order fulfillment.

You will operate forklifts, pick and pack orders, and document movements in SAP under the guidance of shift leadership. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with stand-up reach trucks or order selectors, and basic English for safety and training records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six months experience operating stand-up narrow-aisle reach trucks and order selectors.
• Experience with computer-based warehouse management systems; SAP preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in a team.
• Proactive, safety-minded, and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to pick and pack orders and document movements in SAP.
• Move orders to consolidation and prepare shipments with correct quantities.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and ensure outbound accuracy.
• Maintain safety practices and proper PPE (gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, hearing protection).
• Collaborate with shifts to prioritize work and train teammates as needed.
