Job summary

Oregon Tool, Inc. is hiring a Distribution Material Handler at our North American Distribution Center. You will operate forklifts, pick and pack customer orders, and document movements in SAP to ensure accuracy and on-time shipments.

This full-time, on-site role requires a high school diploma, at least six months forklift experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. We offer medical, dental, vision cover on day one, 401k matching, paid holidays, and a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or nationally recognized equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months experience operating stand-up narrow-aisle reach trucks.
• Experience with order selectors and order picking.
• Computer-based warehouse management system experience required; SAP preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Lean manufacturing familiarity and initiative to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to pick and pack orders and document movements in SAP.
• Transport orders to consolidation and prepare for shipment.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and on schedule.
• Provide training and support to teammates as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize workflow and safety.
