Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ warehouse/order selection experience required.
• Must have forklift license and operate all types of material handling equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent organizational and numerical compute skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to concentrate in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
• Overtime on short notice required.
• SAP/ERP Warehouse Management System knowledge preferred.
• Industrial order selection experience preferred.
• Shipping/Shipping Office experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate warehouse/order selection activities, including order delegation, LMS reporting, and timekeeping.
• Collaborate with Crew Leader to execute daily plans and report daily metrics.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports (labor hours, downtime).
• Review processes, update procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as liaison between departments and back up Crew Leader and Distribution Technicians.
