Job summary

Phoenix Contact seeks a Distribution Center Team Leader on the 2nd shift to guide daily distribution center operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, while upholding company standards.

This role is hands-on with WMS support, accuracy, safety, and customer service focus; you will assist the shift supervisor, train staff, and coordinate workflow to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year distribution center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist second shift supervisor in overseeing receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure work follows company process specifications and schedule workflow for optimal service.
• Support WMS and related systems; assist with training.
• Lead by example and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance for ASRS issues; contact WMS hotline as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
