Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Associate Technician for Shipping/Receiving & Distribution at our Hebron, KY site. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and ship materials, ensuring accurate quantities and documentation, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

On-site role with powered equipment such as forklifts or reach trucks. You’ll support inventory, cycle counts, and lean/quality initiatives within the Distribution Center team.

Qualifications

• High school degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, picks, packs, and ships orders with accurate quantity and lot verification.
• Creates and maintains documentation; reconciles inventory and may perform cycle counts.
• Operates powered equipment (forklift/reach truck) and supports lean/quality initiatives.
