Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Hebron, KY is seeking an Associate Technician Shipping/Receiving & Distribution. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and ship orders while inspecting materials for accuracy and documenting transactions.

The role reports to the Distribution Supervisor and is an on-site position within the Distribution Center. Responsibilities include inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and operating powered equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school degree (or equivalent degree) with 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receives and stores product, picks and packs product for shipment, and ships orders. Inspect materials for orders verifying accurate quantity, lot number, expiration dates and product part number.
• Creates and/or ensures appropriate documentation is completed for orders. Reconciles inventory and may perform cycle counts and data entry functions as assigned.
• May involve operation of powered industrial equipment such as power jacks, forklifts, cherry picker, and/or reach trucks. Identifies and solves routine problems in work area with management team. Assist management team on organizational improvement projects such as lean and quality initiatives.
