Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach all employees in department on specific shift
• Basic knowledge of Transfer Express products and equipment in direct to film department
• Help run printers, cut, weed, and process
• Troubleshoot quality issues
• Ensure the safe use of the equipment and enforce safety guidelines
• Understand current printing and QC processes
• Set and communicate production goals; Monitor production output and identify issues
