Job summary

GroupeSTAHL, a leading international manufacturer, is seeking a production team member at our Mentor, OH facility. You will print, cut, weed, and package digital products and operate light printing machinery as trained.

You will cross-train to learn all aspects of the department, assist in other areas when the business requires, and contribute to a collaborative, family‑owned environment with a focus on work/life balance and opportunities for growth through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs, stand for 8-10 hours, bend and kneel as necessary.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.
• Quality-minded and flexible with schedule, including overtime.
