Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach all employees in department on specific shift.
• Basic knowledge of Transfer Express products and equipment in direct to film department.
• Help run printers, cut, weed, and process items.
• Learn how to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and enforce safety guidelines.
• Understand current printing and QC processes.
• Set and communicate production goals; monitor output and identify issues.
