Job summary

Heritage Homes, Inc. is seeking compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professionals to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in our residential program in Holland, MI. No experience required; paid training provided.

This is a full-time 2nd shift role (2 PM – 10 PM) with competitive starting pay and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. You’ll assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and medication administration if trained; you will support residents in community activities,

Qualifications

• Willing to undergo background check, physical, drug screen, and TB test.
• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
